Transitions: 4 Questions

Transitions describe that place between the ending of something and the new beginning. It is a place of confusion and lack of definition. We mourn the end and can anticipate a beginning...but in the middle lies the tough part!

A few questions to consider:

1. What is the author saying about transitions?
   
2. What could you relate to? What caused you confusion?
   
3. So what does this mean for your organization?
   
4. What will you do as a result of reading this?
